I have a question, what does it mean to bring a
# 40/40 Curses set.
# High Energy set.

is it the +15 energy
-1 energy regen sets?

after seeing your wtb thread I will note that there is a +15 - 1 regen mod for focus as well.

... and a 40/40 Curses set would be a wand and off-hand that both have HSR (20%) and HCT (20%) mods. Requiring Curses (and HCT/HSR of Curses).
